1. Free Trial
Every new AutoForger account starts with a 14-day free trial of full features. No payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively select a paid plan.
If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial:
- Your account converts to view-only — you can still log in and see your data, but cannot create new records;
- No charge is applied;
- Your data is retained for 90 days after trial expiration. If you do not subscribe within that window, your account and data are permanently deleted.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Sign in to your account at app.autoforger.com;
- Go to Settings → Billing;
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal;
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to AutoForger through that date — we do not cut off access immediately when you cancel.
If you can't access your account or need help canceling, email support@autoforger.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
3. Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access for the remainder of the current billing month, and no further charges are made. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription payments are non-refundable, except as follows:
- Within 30 days of initial purchase: If you cancel a new annual subscription within 30 days of the first charge, we will issue a full refund. This applies only to the first annual term — not to renewals.
- After 30 days: No refund. You retain access through the end of the paid annual term.
3.3 Failure of Service
If AutoForger is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages beyond our control), contact us at support@autoforger.com. We will evaluate service credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside the terms above (for example, in cases of accidental duplicate charges or billing errors). Discretionary refunds do not create an entitlement to future refunds.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer;
- Up to 30 days for international transactions or non-card payment methods.
5. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
Upgrades (e.g., Single Shop → Multi-Shop, or monthly → annual) take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades (e.g., Multi-Shop → Single Shop) take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of the higher tier.
To change plans, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
6. Price Changes
If we change subscription prices, we provide at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Existing annual subscriptions are not affected until renewal.
7. Account Termination by AutoForger
If we terminate your account for a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, illegal use), no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for any other reason (e.g., we discontinue the Service), we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid annual subscription.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@autoforger.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any data on the account.
