1. Who We Are

2. Your Account
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract;
- Provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
- Keep your password and access credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account;
- Notify us promptly at support@autoforger.com of any unauthorized access.
You may invite additional users (technicians, dispatchers, admins) to your tenant. You are responsible for the actions of all users under your account and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
3. Free Trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to AutoForger features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial:
- You may select a paid plan to continue using the Service;
- If you do not select a paid plan, your account will be limited to view-only access and you will not be able to create new work orders, units, or other records until you subscribe;
- Your data is retained for 90 days after trial expiration. After 90 days, inactive trial accounts and their associated data may be permanently deleted.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
AutoForger offers monthly and annual subscriptions across the following tiers:

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may apply based on your billing address.
4.1 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. AutoForger does not store your full credit card number. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time through your account's Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your account. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into AutoForger (work orders, units, customers, parts, technicians, inspections, photos, etc. — collectively, "Your Data"). AutoForger does not claim ownership of Your Data.
You grant AutoForger a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up Your Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You can export Your Data at any time through the application or by request to support@autoforger.com. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery, then permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law;
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or content designed to disrupt the Service;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of AutoForger;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission;
- Scrape, harvest, or perform automated extraction of data beyond the application's intended use;
- Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or upload offensive or illegal content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep AutoForger available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, hardware failure, third-party outages (Stripe, our hosting provider, etc.), or other events outside our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
AutoForger, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service — no ownership rights are conveyed.
9. Termination
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AutoForger DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
AutoForger is a tool to help manage fleet maintenance records. It is not a substitute for proper mechanical inspection, DOT compliance review, or professional judgment. You are responsible for the accuracy of inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AutoForger AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AutoForger harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — default: Mississippi], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE — default: Forrest County, Mississippi], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
